Securi does not always pick up a hacked site. If you have “bad” code it’s most likely a hacked site or malware on your computer. If your site is the one in your profile – I see that it’s on GoDaddy – and they’ve had many server hacks lately so that would almost guarantee (IMHO) it’s been hacked. Talk to them and use the resources above.
