Hacked Account , cant find were to delete header links

Have you looked in the header.php in the template ? Just open it up and do a search for the link.

Change your FTP and WP passwords, check for other administrators in WP, and see How to Completely Clean a Hacked WordPress Install. You can delete links from posts and template files, but unless you close the doors and check your database, more than likely, they’ll be back.
