I am having the same issue with one domain that has NextGen Gallery and here is the reply I got back from my host:

After looking through your account, we have discovered that is has been hacked, and malicious files uploaded to your webspace that were used to send out large amounts of spam emails. We have disabled malicious scripts in the following locations:

    …farm.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/fs/blog.php

I have had to remove Next Gen as this has been a continuous problem for weeks now. Client keeps getting his IP blacklisted and the host server is now threatening to ‘charge you for the admin time it takes us to remove the spam source and then monitor the reputation of the IP address’

@jenchurch – We’re really sorry to read you are having this issue with your site but the file you are referencing is not part of the NextGEN Gallery distribution package.

Are you downloading/installing NextGEN Gallery directly from WordPress?

    – Cais.
