Hacked – files dropped in my account

  • My site mixedmatt.com was hacked. I’m running the lightword theme.

    I was running 3.3.1 and I scanned using clamav and saw they placed a passwrd.pl and other files in the account.

    What is best to do from here? I can’t login to my admin area. I tried reuploading the theme. What have they changed?
