Hacked or issue? Founded user in Administraotor

  • Hello!

    Several websites of my friend have as administrator a user that he never add.

    Under the FIRST NAME field is a JAVASCRIPT CODE!

    Does someone know about this issue or his server is hacked?

    WordPress version are 3.x and up.
    Register user is closed.

    Any suggestion? thanks
