Hacked or Virus? How to solve

  • I’m having trouble with my website, it has two versions spanish and english for some reason the spanish version when you try to enter appears all white with html text, from almost all of the computers you try to access. The english version apparently works “ok” but when someone access through a mobile device or a tablet some windows open and they direct you to another web.

    Has anyone experienced something like this? what it would be? I’ve been told it could be a virus, or that the website is hacked, others just tell me that it might be a hosting problem. might be a problem with wordpress? need solutions please! thanks

  • Sounds like you have been hacked. Why don’t you give some server side scans a try just to make sure?

    If the scans find malicious files, search for site hacked in this forum. You will find a lot of information to help you repair your site.
