Hacked site

Hi everyone,

I am administrating a www.ads-software.com site with some others, and I think my site has been hacked. I’m getting email notifications of a lot of changes made to the site (which neither I nor the others have made). I can’t really see the changes though, just getting some cryptic emails notifying me of files that have been deleted or changed. Might be some virus/malware, I’m not good with these things… It seems as someone has scheduled repeated hacking attempts for a certain time every day. I have already changed the password and username, as well as updated the newest security measures.

What can I do to stop this, and back-up, secure and clean my site?
