Hacked site – now blank admin pages

My site was hacked…so I uploaded all files, replaced the database with a backup. The front end works fine but the admin page is blank. I’ve figured out what it’s NOT – it’s not the template, or the plugins (disabled both still don’t work), increased php cache, and added the string to the php.ini, htaccess, or config files all to no avail. I finally can get the login screen at domain.com/wp-login but the admin password isn’t working and if I ask it to send one, I click on the link and again get a blank screen. Help! And thank you!
