HACKED – Spam Links Injected and No Permission to Access Server

I’ve noticed little links injected into posts on my portfolio/blog and then discovered I was unable to access my WP site.

I kept receiving the following message

“You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I’ve looked to see if another admin account was created through Cpanel, but there isn’t. I’ve also scanned over most of my files/folders that are 755 or 644.

I’m kind of stumped and really need to access my site. Are there any suggestions? I am really needing to get my site updated, which I can’t since I can’t log in.
