Hacking the Footer of Tonic Template

You should probably be able to make any needed changes just by editing/customizing the themes footer.php file.

I cannot see how to do that from the WP dashboard, do I need to go into my hosting account and locate the file?

Then what do I do?

You should make any changes in a Child Theme – otherwise all of your changes will be lost when the theme is updated –

Then put a copy of the footer.php file in the child theme and make the changes there.
