Had a revision done to some php file.. only admin can see their own posts…

only admin have the ability to see their posts in the dashboard now… editors, authors, contributors, can view other peoples posts, but cannot view their own… editors can edit other posts, but not posts that they have posted… do you know what file may have been messed with for this?? If you want to see for example, register and submit a post to our site to test it out:
