Error accessing my pages after updating

Hey guys I updated my site today and know when I try to access my pages on the wordpress dashboard i’m getting the ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.’ I did some searching before posting and noticed that all the people getting this error is happening on all there site while for me it only happens when i access the the all pages in my dashboard (I can make a new page just fine o.O) What all the guides suggested was that I go to my ftp client find the file .maintenance located in the publick_html and delete it no problem they said. yet this file isn’t there I forced filezilla to see my hidden files but still its not there any ideas ? dont know if it helps but here’s the site https://pineappledeficiency.com
