Had to delete – kept denying ME to log in

I’ve had this running, and every time I try and log in to the admin side (and even just pull up the site), I would get an error message. Investigating with my host, it was blocking me, and even though they disabled it, it would magically reappear, and block me again, no matter from which IP number I was accessing it from.

I had a B***ch of a time deleting it. Hopefully the issue is now resolved, but this plug in caused me all sorts of grief.
