Had to delete the pages and now I don’t know the shortcodes

    Yes, I had to delete the pages that Awesome Support creates whenever you install the plugin. I figured if I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it would create the pages again with the shortcodes needed. Actually, I only need the shortcodes if someone could please share that with me. There’s a page called My Tickets and a page called Submit A Ticket. What are the shortcodes for those two pages.

    It appears that I just need to run the wizard again. Does anyone know how to trigger that?

    Hi @jamorecords,

    First, you can create two pages: one with the [ticket-submit] shortcode for the ticket submission page and another one with the [tickets] shortcode for the ticket list page. Then, go to tickets – settings – general tab and choose the pages that you created with those shortcodes for the ticket submission and ticket list pages.
