    Latest update created long loading time 20 sec +.
    When i disabled it, sitespeed was normal again.
    I still have the old version on another side, works fine.

    Hi,

    We’re sorry that you’re facing this kind of problem and we are already aware of it. Instagram recently started to block servers/IPs that are requesting its images. Some servers are working fine, but this usually happens if the website is on a shared hosting plan.

    However, we’ve made a workaround solution. Please update Meks Easy Photo Feed Widget Plugin (formerly Instagram Widget) to the latest version (1.1), and you will get the option to authorize your Instagram account in your dashboard, Settings -> Meks Instagram Settings. Once you authorize, you will be able to continue using the Instagram widget for your own username.

    I had the same issue on a shared host. It only started this week.

    I’ve tried updating to 1.1 but now get this error:

    Instagram has returned empty data. Please authorize your Instagram account in the plugin settings .

    The Instagram account is authorised in the plugin settings and showing as authorised at https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/
