Had to manually delete wordfence and it got rid of my website

What errors are you seeing? Can you please share a screenshot?

I’d suggest following the guide below that will completely remove all Wordfence code and database entries versus just removing the plugin.

After doing this, can you please reinstall Wordfence and let me know how it goes?

@wfgerald I followed those instructions to the T and that is what caused the issue. I have now fixed my issue which was a file redirecting things to the wrong place.
