    I tried you plugin on a different host and it worked fine. For Some reason, on GoDaddy hosting, the plugin wouldn’t allow me to download or upload the excel files. However, on another host I didn’t have any issues at all. Thanks.

    Hello,
    please see in the “Import & Export” , the “Upload & Import” option where you can simply upload an Excel file and load data into UpiCRM.
