    Hi there!

I have create a new website and wanted to sync Zettle with it. Some of my products were the same as in the old one, some were new.

I tried to do this yesterday but it synced only half of my products. I think all the new products synced, but some of the products that were already available on my old site didn’t – but not all of them…

I tried to add only the new products with Zettle option, but they were duplications. Then I tried to delete all the products and sync the catalogue with all the products available on my new site (the old and the new one) to start fresh. But it only synced half of the products.

My Paypal Zettle POS is version 1.5.6, I have just updated the last version of my theme which is Divi.

The error message “Not Synced – Syncable” appear on the products that aren’t synced.

You’ll find bellow a link to the code for “Woocommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support” and “Woocommerce > Status > Logs > Zettle pos integration” of my last test :

Thank you so much for your help!

    All the best,

    Manon

    Hello Manon,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

I do not think there is any issue with the plugin setting, but with the settings of the products that don’t get synchronized. Usually this is related to the tax settings of a product, but it can be different reasons. Many of these reasons are document in our FAQ documentation.

As said, the most common cause for this is when a product is assigned to a certain tax class, while this tax class has not been configured (completely) yet. Usually, the tax class is missing an entry for the tax configuration; you can easily check (and correct) this when you go to WooCommerce > Tax > “tax rate”.

You can start looking there and see if that helps (or the FAQ) and let us know. If you want to share more details on this matter, but prefer not to do this on a public forum, you can also open a private engagement with us via these instructions. Via such an engagement, it would also be easier to share screenshots.

Please let me know if this helped you further and how you would like to proceed if additional support is required.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

@manonsnl on thing I want to add: when you create a product or update one, the addition/change need to be done via the WooCommerce interface. If you create or adjust a product via a 3rd party plugin, the plugin might not respond to it and might not create/adjust the related product in your Zettle library.

This situation I wanted to add, so you can press the update button for these products and see if that might trigger the creation in the Zettle library.

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
