    Hi @ozarc,

Are you sure this is being done by our plugin? Have you implemented any custom code via our plugin?

Are you able to send a screenshot showing the issue?

Have you tried deleting settings from the plugin by going to Manage Settings from our plugin menu page (and going to the delete plugin settings item)?

I can say emphatically that our plugins menu editing functionality has absolutely no code that runs on the frontend. So what you are describing is something that has never been reported before.

    Thanks ??

    NOT HE FRONTEND THE BACKEND!

IT HAS MADE ALL MY BACKEND TEXT FROM THE PLUGINS PAGE TO EVERY OTHER PLUGINS TEXT INTO ITALIC!

STOP BLAMING OTHER PLUGINS FOR YOUR PLUGINS MESS! I CANNOT STAND WHEN A DEV DOES THIS!

    Hi @ozarc,

To be clear I am not blaming anyone, I am trying to understand why this issue is occurring for you, but no one else. I have been doing this for a long time and I am not saying my plugin is perfect, I know it’s not, but I have also seen support requests raised here which have been misguided.

I am keen to help you, but in order to help you, you need to provide more specific information about the issue. In my previous request I asked some questions and you haven’t answered these yet. In addition to the previous questions I asked, I would also like to add:

    1) What happens when you deactivate our plugin, does it fix the issue?
    2) What modifications have you done with our plugin? What modules have you activated and customised?

    Thank you
