Hamburger does not expand

    Hi

    It’s been brought to my attention that when users are browsing the site via a mobile phone in portrait view, the hamburger when pressed is not expanding to show the dropdown menu meaning the site is not navigable unless users have the mental capacity to think to hold the phone in landscape in which case the hamburger is replaced by the standard horizontal site menu.

    Can you help with this please? BTW, I’ve tried it out on my iPhone 12Pro Max and the hamburger is visible but on pressing with my finger nothing happens I.e it does not expand to a dropdown menu.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The issue you’re describing is typically due to a plugin or theme conflict. As such, I recommend taking the following steps:

    • Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error.
