Hamburger is getting closed immediately when opened in OceanWP Theme

    Hamburger is getting closed immediately when opened in OceanWP Theme, if I am disabling the Ocean Extra plugin then it is working fine. Kindly help

    I have already done this, I disabled all plugins but issue not fixed, while only disabling ocean extra it works fine. Kindly help

    I have purchased the priority support and marking mails to get help on issue escalated to Oceanwp support team, initially, I got revert but now getting no revert from them support team from last one week, our business is getting impacted but you people are not taking it seriously, is this the priority you give to your customers. Share the escalation matrix with me. This is now quite frustrating.
