• Hi everyone,

My beginner knowledge only got me this far..I edited website’s theme colours to give the website a new look. This seems to have messed up my mobile menu.

I have set the text to be black and background white which works perfectly on desktop. On mobile/tablet/smaller browser, as soon as the ‘hamburger’ view appears, the text is white and background either transparent (on front page) or white (on every other page). While googling this issue I tried a bunch of different css codes under customise – additional CSS but without luck.

Feeling defeated, I am so close to restoring the old clunky version of the website and losing all my new pages just because the old version had a functioning menu.

I really hope you can help me out here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

You’re using a commercial theme. For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
