Hamburger menu not working

    I’ve used this theme for a long time with no problems but today I was checking the website and saw that the mobile menu was not working as it used to. I checked to see if it was a plugin issue and it was not, could it be the updated theme version?

    We are not aware of any issue with the mobile menu in the latest version of the theme. No other users reported this issue. Using a caching/optimization plugin may cause this behaviour. Such plugins optimize CSS delivery, compress JavaScript files and minify HTML. These can affect the mobile menu and search functionality. Thus, in case you use such a plugin, please deactivate it, clear the cache and check if it helps.

    I did clear the cache, disabled all the plugins, tried it on different browsers and still the mobile menu does not work. If I change the theme, it does work so I guess I will have to use a different theme.

    This issue seems specific to your setup. It could be a plugin conflict, but since you’ve already disabled all plugins, we can’t determine the cause.

    As you haven’t encountered this issue while using the theme for a long time, could you try rolling back to the previous version and see if it resolves the problem?
