Hamburger menu not working on iphone

  • Hi,

    I’m having issues getting the hamburger menu to work on this site, but only on iphone. OK on Android and non-mobile (though I haven’t checked on an ipad).

    Clicking on the hamburger zooms in, but nothing else happens.

    Have had a look into settings and can’t see anything but to be honest not sure what I should be looking for.

    Theme is 3.0.3

    If anyone could help that would be very much appreciated.

  • Hi there,

    first try disabling Autoptimize, clear the browser cache and recheck.
    If the issue goes away then edit the Autoptimize settings, disable the Javascript options one by one to see which is causing the problem.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Disabling autoptimize changed the behaviour in that it brought up a blank black screen that overlay the homepage, with only a X showing but no menu.

    I then disabled Async as well, and that fixed the issue.

    I haven’t had a chance to test autoptimize enabled and Async disabled as my wife has gone out and it is she that has the iphone. Will report back when I know more.

    I tested the site on my phone – and the Mobile Menu is now working.
