Hamburger menu only activated after scroll

Using Litespeed with the Astra theme.
On page load the mobile menu does not respond to being clicked.
When one scrolls down and the sticky menu is activated then the mobile menu starts responding to clicks.
While I love the performance that litespeed gives this UI aspect needs to be resolved.

Check your JS settings in page optimization. It seems you have selected “Delayed” in “Load JS Deferred” setting. Change this to “Deferred”. Don’t forget to purge all.
