hand-picked block not showing my products in the list

I’ve tested the Hand-picked Products Block on two separate test sites of mine and it correctly listed the actual products I have on each site.

So this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. I know you did some troubleshooting, but if you could do more it’ll likely reveal the culprit.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce (version 4.9) and WooCommerce Product Blocks (version 4.2)
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know the outcome of the above troubleshooting so we can assist you further if needed. If that is the case, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I tried all the suggestions you’ve provided, unfortunately nothing makes the block work. i am still unable to find my products in the list.

One thing you might try is heading to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and running these two tools:

After that, wait 30 minutes or so, then try again. Does selecting a product work now?
