handling Zotero library entries with notes

Thanks for creating Zotpress. Here’s my sample bibliography:

As I write this, there’s an odd entry at the top, which starts with “Introduction: Roy Rosenzweig. . .” I finally realized that this is a Zotero “note” (specifically, a child of the Rosenzweig, Clio Wired entry in my Zotero library). Somehow, Zotpress is treating this “note” as a separate entry from the Rosenzweig book, even though this is not how it appears in my public group library:

Of course, I could work around this by deleting all “notes” from my library, but that defeats the purpose of Zotero.
