• I have a handrolled plugin (Previous/Next Links By Category) that I created for myself but decided to post to my blog in the event that anyone else might find it useful. I have no idea if anyone else out there is using it. I’m hosting the archive on my own server, not using Subversion (or any other versioning, for that matter).

Anyway, a couple days ago I started seeing the message that a new version of the plugin was available, download or upgrade automatically, etc. Here’s the thing: there isn’t a new version. I know. I wrote it.

And furthermore, the download link is pointing to XRDS-Simple, which has nothing to do with my plugin and which I don’t even have installed!

How can I fix this? Is it something tweaked in my install (upgrading to WP 2.6.3 didn’t fix it), or do others who have installed my plugin have the same problem?

I’m a semi-newbie at writing plugins and WP in general, so any help is appreciated.

(PS – Here’s a screenshot, if I didn’t explain it well enough. You can see in he status bar that the upgrade link points to an unelated file.)
