handshake app for provider

Hi
I would like to know if anyone can help me to create a hndshake tool to use between word press and the panels providers like GMI ot Erewards etc…
I would like to give my wordpress survey to a panel provider where they will incorporateat the end in their survey, once the respondents complete, the redirect link and the parameters get passed back onto the provider
example
GMI ( survey_ –>hand shake and pass into my word press survey at end —> back to GMI

the parameters to pass are example
