• Has anyone else worked on this? I played with pilot-tools on a linux box one day to see if I could write a bash shell script that would take my Datebook.pdb file and dump all the daily journals out to another file. I played with it enough to be satisfied that with a little more work I could clean up the file it was dumping and have something usable.
Now what I’d like to do with that is have a php page that allows you to upload a Datebook.pdb file and have WordPress find all the appointments in the calendar that are Daily Journal entries and make those records in the blog.
    Has anyone done this?
If not, I’d like to create it.

  • Interesting idea. I’d like to see something like this myself.

Oooh, I would *love* this! I’d use it all the time!

heh. Well, its been a while. I have had a *lot* of organization to do. I feel like I *almost* have my life in a semblence of order. probably 80% of the way there. I do still want this to happen. That Handspring Deluxe is now very old, and I don’t know if the pdb format has changed much in the datebook, but I think if its useful to me and maybe 2 or 3 other people, that would be worth it. hmmm. Still this is back burner. Probably later this year.
