Handy but needs an update

It does everything I needed after I made the modification provided by a user in this forum post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/not-exporting-featured-images-that-arent-posts-attachments?replies=3
Anyway, it provided a handy way to import posts after importing sample data for a new theme.
