    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    What is your hosting provider?
    Do you have backups from other plugins that you can delete before export?

    Thanks for the quick response. Since my original post I’ve tried backup buddy and had the same problem. It gets to 1.09 GB and stops. Using your plugin, I tried exporting just the database but it got hung up on that too. I ran an optimization plugin to get rid of deleted files and revisions but that didn’t help. The site is hosted on GoDaddy. It’s https://www.prestigecrafted.com/.
