hanging on upload solution

I was uploading to my client’s GoDaddy hosting and it would not complete – the progress bar kept reverting to lower percentages.

I found a great solution that worked a gem

uploading the back-up via ftp or file uploader etc. to the ai1wm-backups folder. I also zipped up the back-up file reducing the file size by a 3rd before uploading and extracted on the server.

Duplicator kept getting timeout errors when updating the database – this was not an issue for All-in-One WP Migration.
