• Takes a bit to setup, just a lot of options is all. I was also trying to use this without collecting emails and couldn’t figure it out. I contacted their support and got near immediate response and a couple of ideas on how to implement. UPDATE: I had to deactivate this due to some issues we were having. When I went back to reactivate, it was not a simple process at all, and caused a month’s delay for me to do it because it wasn’t simple and straightforward, and I had other priorities. If you already installed it, it should have the User ID already. And to then have to go online, to login in to the dashboard, find it, then to be told that I should have it and have to click again to get it anyway. Way too many clicks.
