Hard time not able to view or download PDFs

    Hey, this Plug In was a great Purchase, I got the Pro version about a year ago, but it really has given me a hard time regarding incompatibility. Now I cannot view the PDFs in the bulk editor nor download them. I did not change anything on my website, actually this happened to me before but then suddenly disappeared. Is there a timeout set for the parsing or something because my console always tells me that it failed to load the resource edit.php. I am always confronted with some kind of parse error. Since my Pro license has expired I do not have PRO support if I am being right.The potential of this Plugin is great but on the other side all of the stuff that does not work is killing it for me.

    Hello!

    There is no time out imposed by the plugin but your site might be configured to abort the connection if it takes too long. If you are getting parse errors and you didn’t change anything that could mean that you or your web hosting updated your php version and the version that you have is not compatible with that version, if that is the problem to fix it you would either need to update the plugin to the latest version or revert your php version to the version that you had previously.
