Hard times to get it up and running

I have a hard time to setup and run a schedule. I read all documentations from your website bun I can’t find what I’ve done wrong.

As you can see, a grey box is displayed with some texts and nothing else. !!

I try to setup only one service. The service has to offer multiple time slots. And each user can choose multiple time slots. And each time slots can be booked by multiple users. It is a kind of booking similar to Doodle that I try to set up. For example, look at this link:
