    Round and round with this product. I must admit the technical support is getting better but still frustrating with the never endless issues with this product. Finally got the shipping module fixed with the help of Jigoshop… then the Credit Card info didn’t show up, got that fixed and thought I was home free. Now no orders are being processed to Authorize.net. Orders are showing in the order panel of Jigoshop, but no confirmation after a user purchases something, no notification, no nothing. Not even an error message. Authorize.net says it on Jigoshop end. Go figure.

    Could you describe your problems? Please post Jigoshop System Info as it contains names and versions of plugins you are using and will help us to figure out what is going on.

    I suppose there are some problems with Authorize.net gateway plugin, but I don’t remember changing anything that might break this.

    Any ideas? My site is live and people cannot purchase products.

    @shanwhit have you tried 1.9.3? If it isn’t working and you haven’t done it yet, please provide ftp and admin access via [email protected] for further testing

    Upgraded to 1.9.3. No luck. Sent an email 3 days ago documenting the fact. Also sent over the requested FTP info and WP access info. Turned off all plugins except Jigoshop, Authorize.net and Premium shipping. I haven’t heard anything back. My client is seriously pissed off now as it has been over a month since Jigoshop worked correctly.

    If you’re not going to help resolve, please let me know so I can find another cart solution and implement. Can’t say I can recommend Jigoshop to anyone at this point. Just when I sing your praises you guys stop the support.

    Please advise.

    All, Jigoshop has had their fare share of dirt piled on them from users like my self over the last 6 mo. I have recently been advised that Jigoshop is under a new management team and has made significant strides in regards to fixing inefficiencies with support and their products. I have worked with their team to resolve my issues and can only say Thank You to them as they are doing their best to satisfy inpatient people like myself.

    Regardless of what has been said in the past, Jigoshop is still one of the easiest shopping cart applications that integrates with WordPress. There will always be bugs as in all web development, but their support is getting much better. Thank You Jigoshop for resolving the issue.

    On that, I’d like to second @shanwhit’s comments. I am excited about where it is going and the work that will get done in the coming months.
    With issues that have popped up, i think i’ve sent a bunch of emails, posts on here and they have worked/continue to work on the things i’ve brought to their attention.

    Look, we need to be realistic… free support is for everyone.. it is, quite frankly our way of saying “what else can we do to make jigoshop better?”, but at the same time expecting a lot for something that is free…….

    We will look into it when we can ??

    Set your expectations right and you will not be disappointed!

    Please have a look at the attached document… we were sort of ready to release it two weeks ago, but we have decided to wait until we have all the relevant resources in place etc…

    21st May 2014 – big day for Jigoshop.

    In addition to the new website layout we will also release new support packages!

    Don’t think about what you have to spent, please turn it around.. think of it as what jigoshop can do for you ?

    Soon we will publish the article that is funny and also it’s a proper example of what jigoshop can do for you …

    I have a few businesses and one of them is https://www.datacentreshop.co.uk… it was an unusual success for me, but at the same time I have noticed that it was all going in a wrong direction… so I bought Jigoshop! Now I’m working with very good software developers and we are ensuring that my level of services will impact Jigoshop … not the other way around.

    You can do a lot. However, i don’t think i need to pay for you guys, or better yet bother your devs (thinking your way now…) with updating my plugins. I am capable of doing that…just need help coding and fixing random things from time to time…thinking about the full website support.

    I am happy with jigoshop. we have invested a lot of money in it, and obviously I am sticking with it now that you guys have taken over.

    Today, i was looking into hiring an ad hoc programmer, but after reading these support packages, why not hire the experts.
