Hard to customize

I’m actually shocked by how difficult it is to do simple things like customize the Forms with Convertkit. You need to know CSS to do simple things like change the fonts in your form, or even just the font size. There is also no option to assign contacts from certain forms to a subscriber tag. Really confused as to why this is regarded as the top email marketing plugin for bloggers, it’s missing some really basic stuff.
