Hard to drag/drop categories

Dragging and dropping categories in the media library is extremely difficult for me. I have a bunch of nested categories, and I often wish to reorganize them, for example to be in alphabetical order. However, when I drag a category, any slight movement quickly changes the category’s location in a way that I find very unpredictable.
Example:
[Category A]
– [Subcategory 1]
– [Subcategory 2]
[Category B]
– [Subcategory 3]If I mouse-down on [Subcategory 2], it will quickly alternate between the following positions:
POSSIBILITY ONE:
[Category A]
– [Subcategory 1]
[Subcategory 2]
[Category B]
– [Subcategory 3]POSSIBILITY TWO:
[Category A]
– [Subcategory 1]
– – [Subcategory 2]
[Category B]
– [Subcategory 3]Moving the mouse up or down a bit doesn’t make it any better, as it just tries to nest [Subcategory 2] under a different parent.
Sometimes trying to move its neighbor instead (for example, instead of moving [Subcategory 2] above [Subcategory 1], move [Subcategory 1] below [Subcategory 2]) helps, but sometimes it makes it much much worse as it nests [Subcategory 1] under [Subcategory 2] which can be very difficult to undo if there are a lot of other nested subcategories.
Do you think there might be a fix to this issue anytime soon?
