Hard to give a good review

I love the idea of JetPack. What the developers are trying to do is much needed.

So this review is given in a spirit of helpfulness, not spite or bitterness.

The plugin has multiple bugs. The sign-up system is clunky and doesn’t always work.

It would seem that the whole thing is just much too complicated. The developers are trying to do too much and falling down the middle.

Also, all the help is written in Geek Tekkie Speak, not plain English. Why are they not testing on real, ordinary people?

I really want this plugin to work, but they need to get to grips with the principles of simplicity, robustness and fit for purpose.

The help desk is also slow to respond.

Disappointed, but hopeful.
