“Hardening” – Tab doesn’t work

  • Hi,
    thank you for this gread plugin.

    But there is a little problem:
    If I click on the tab “Hardening”, an empty side appears, i. e. the wordpress – menu on the left will be shown, but, otherwise, nothing. All Tabs on top are also not to be seen.

    Hence, I can carry out no settings in this area.

    Have you checked your error log to get more information? I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue.

    thank you for answer.
    Yes, I have just checked the error log, but there are no results.

    Moreover, I have deactivated the sucuri-plugin and have activated again, unfortunately, without success.

    Do you think, it is a good idea, to delete the plugin and install the plugin another time ?
    Then, however, the settings do not exist afterwards presumably any more?

    Hi Hans-Gerd,

    That’s too bad the error logs didn’t help. Have you tried deactivating the other plugins to see if there is a conflict? Is everything in your installation updated?

    If you delete the plugin and reinstall, the settings should still be in the wp-content/uploads/sucuri directory.

    sorry, but I have delete the sucuri-plugin and reinstall without success.
    On another website the problem doesn’t appear.

    Hi Eve,
    thanks for your answer and your advice.
    Sorry, but I’m not able to reproduce the problem in that manner, because this is not a development envrionment.

    But I will try to reproduce the problem on a duplicated development environment in next days.
    Should I find out something, I will back here.

    Hi Eve,
    just seen: anything is ok (“Hardening” works). May be the issue is solved by clearing the Cache (WP Rocket).
