has been shipped via Unknown

  • Hi, in my invoice email and Shipment confirmation it states:

    Your order on Office Software has been shipped via Unknown. Dind details in your reference.

    I have added a tracking Code and selected USPS as a service. Why does it say unknown?
    Also after adding the tracking # on the invoice line item, I get a red warning TrackingMore, Invalid API key.

    I don’t know what tracking more is. I followed the setup guide.

    I need to rectify the “shipeed via Unknown” at the minimum, as it’s wrong information. It’s better not to say anything than to give wrong information.

    When I click on the tracking number on the invoice lineitem it opens up a new page “Orders Tracking” and it prefills the USPS tracking #. But when I click on the serach icon, nothing happens, the same page loads again.

    Which email customizer plugin do you use to add this part “…has been shipped via…”? It seems that the email customizer plugin adds it for using with another shipment tracking plugin, not ours.

    Trackingmore is a tracking service that provides shipment information which our plugin uses to display tracking info of a tracking number on a branded tracking page. And because of “Invalid API key”, tracking page will not work for you.

    Hi, I have the default WP installation with Mailpoet, but I have not made any changes.
    I do have the Germanized plugin and I think that is interfering with the shipments. I don’t see an option to disable the shipping part of Germanized. Do you have any experience with this? Thanks.

    Yes, the shipment information is actually from Germanized plugin and the email template is Order shipped. I think you have not configured shipping provider for that plugin, here’s their documentation https://vendidero.de/dokument/versanddienstleister-verwalten
