Disappeared!

Hello,
First off, nice plugin – looks great! Was just what I needed on the website.

Installed in one day ago. This evening it just disappeared. Completely. Had it added to
two widget areas with no problem at first, now just blank spaces.
Have looked at other similar posts in this support forum but cant seem to get it sorted.

When it happened, there were no new plugins added, updates, or any changed that I can account for.

There are no error messages either – just a completely blank space where I expect the weather to be. If you inspect the page, no evidence that there should be anything there.

Strange thing is, with no widget set in right sidebar I get the wordpress message:

‘You currently have no widgets set in the right sidebar. You can add widgets via the Dashboard.
To hide this sidebar, switch to a different Layout via the Theme Settings.’

If I then add the awesome weather plugin to the right sidebar, this message disappears, but still left with a blank space instead.
