I encountered some problems lately with my site (gds.umontreal.ca). First, the main navigation sub-menus stopped working. I finally got this corrected by modifying the superfish.css file of my theme, after upgrading all my plugins and my sites to WP 3.5. But then, I realized the comment boxes on the blog page were floating over the page footer. I scanned my site following the advice posted here : my-website-is-infected-with-a-malware-virus, but everything seem fine (or that is what I understand from the results communicated…). The only thing I have changed prior to detecting those problems, is I enabled network hosting. My questions are :
    1. Is my site victim of a virus, and how can I identify it ?
    2. If my site is not victim of a virus, what is going on ? What caused these problems, and how can I fix them ?

    Thanks !
