• Looks good and has enough features. Works well on localhost, but when I went live, all downloads are blocked by an Error 403 “Forbidden” message.
    I am sure there is a fairly simple solution, but all the forums are full of unanswered questions, including this one.
    If the developer wont support his users, then he will lose them. He’s lost this one.

  • I agree, better support and documentation would be helpful. BTW did you try setting the Folder Protection to No under the Advanced tab in settings?

    Can’t remember what I did but I got it working.
    i tried lots of other plugins, but this was simple enough for my clients to deal with, so I stuck with it.
    Thanks for the advice.
