Has started injecting 3rd party javascript (http only)

  • One of the recent updates has started injecting their own javascript that gets pulled on the fly from their site over http only. This not only means they can now willy-nilly inject code into your site, but it also means visitors will no longer have the trusted fully green lock in the browser. Without the Mixed content, not sure I would have noticed.

    I’m pretty disappointed. Atleast give a way to disable it.

    Thanks for reaching out and providing feedback.
    We do provide a way to disable all parts of the ShareThis code, please enable the “Disable All Feature” and then use the manually enter tracking ID to insert the Google Analytics code onto all your pages.
