Has the developer died?

It’s been a week since I sent the first priority email about the Options Addon and so far I have not gotten an answer.
Has the developer died? There is no answer for months here!
When we send an email to the priority address, we receive the information that within 24 hours we will be answered. A week later and so far nothing.
And my problem is very simple to solve, but only the developer can do this as it is about the license of the Options Addon.
