Has worked where other options didn’t

In working with an off-shore resource to improve mobile load speed on several client sites, I noticed he had a strong preference for this plug-in. However, it seems to be somewhat dependent on a 2GB value for PHP memory and many shared hosts won’t let you go that high. Still, when used on its own terms and paired perhaps with a little black-magic on the server side, it DEFINITELY sped up several sites WAY beyond what our PAID caching plug-ins were capable of doing on their own; and as advertised, helped put us in that 95-99% good category for mobile site speed.
