    The address is in the US, but has_nexus still returns false.

    please help me.

    Hi there!

    That could be by design depending on your store address, and the address the customer is requesting to ship the products to. Have you already taken a look at Automated Taxes do not appear to be calculating – Documentation?

    Edit: Taing another look at the from / to address, it indeed looks like that’s the case what’s happening here:

    “from_country”:”US”,”from_state”:”NJ”

    “to_country”:”US”,”to_state”:”LA”

    The extension is not recognizing you as having a valid nexus in that location, which is why the customer is not charged TAX.

    That said, could you redact the address details from the initial query for privacy reasons, please?

    I’m assuming that’s an example address?

    If yes, are you having trouble retrieving tax for that location as well?

    If yes, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
